It allows us to get in front of more attendees and interact with more prospective customers and partners without taking up unnecessary time representing the presentation component of the live session. The Interface the audience sees is very flexible regarding which components you can display...such as surveys, q&a, downloadable content, videos, etc. The tool supports a lot of email options, confirmations, reminders with calendar invites, post-webinar follow up. All optional and customizable. The reporting is good as well. You can easily access and download registrants, live attendees, on-demand attendees, and page views. Branding capabilities are great. The support has been really great as well. **What do you dislike about webinar.net?** There are a few minor features I'd like to see added, but they're coming in the next release. They're always enhancing the tool, and are open to your feedback which is great. **What problems is webinar.net solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to get in front of more prospective partners and customers with webinar.net than with prior platforms. You can easily replicate a webinar, and re-host it over and over with a live Q&A. That interaction with the audience, and the ability to respond to their questions, is more powerful than just going straight to an on-demand webinar after the initial webinar. You don't need to suck up an hour of your presenter's time to host each one. ### 15. As a web design company, it's critical for us that our brand is consistent and impressive. Zoom and most of the others require an app to be downloaded before using and that is one step I did not want my users to have to take. This is a browser-based service, no apps required or even needed. That is one of the best features to my company because so many clients would rather not have to download another app just for a webinar. **What do you dislike about webinar.net?** This interface is extraordinarily configurable and is meant for the company who is hosting the webinar to have complete control over the webinar including detailed reports of each attendee as well as focusing on the company branding instead of the provider's branding.
