**What do you like best about WebAssist eCart?**

WebAssist eCart has completely obstruccted my business. The less user friendly interface and non intuitive design make it difficult to handle my e commerce website. The limited range of features does not allow me to personalize every aspect of my store from product listings, to payment processing.

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

The customer support is not always providing valuable solutions to any issues that arise. The intricate user interface and initial learning curve of WebAssist eCart is a problem. The lack of features makes it difficult for newcomers to navigate and utilize the platform.

**What problems is WebAssist eCart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The limited customization options and outdated design templates restrict the creativity and flexibility for web developers. The higher cost compared to its competitors deter budget businesses.

**What do you like best about WebAssist eCart?**

WebAssist eCart is a poor tool for constructing e commerce websites. It complicates the process of building a shopping cart and managing products. It is difficult to personalize the carts design and layout.

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

Does not enable me to create a professional store. The integration with payment gateways is not smooth making accepting payments hectic. One aspect that uses improvement in WebAssist eCart is its user interface, which is difficult for newcomers to navigate and fully utilize its features.

**What problems is WebAssist eCart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software lacks documentation and customer support hindering troubleshooting and issue resolution. Another drawback lies in the limited integration options with third party platforms. Restricted customization capabilities.

**What do you like best about WebAssist eCart?**

The product is quite expensive lacks customer support. Has numerous bugs and crashes. It feels like trying to cover up flaws, with makeup to have everything start crashing.

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

There are e commerce platforms that offer superior quality and support. There is a lack of transparency when it comes to return policies.

**What problems is WebAssist eCart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its slow and more trouble than its worth. In fact than solving any problems, for my business it has created more complications.

I have been using eCart for over 10 years and have got accustomed to it and it was the best when I started

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

I dislike the pricing. To get a database set up in eCart it costs you an extra $400. I also dislike the fact that there are not keyboard shortcuts to adding items to the cart. I have over 5,000 programmes I am putting on to a site at the minute and it takes about 3 minutes for each one because you can't set any defaults or use the keyboard

Not really solving anything tbh

**What do you like best about WebAssist eCart?**

Easy to setup and use. It was an easy to create a shopping cart using WebAssist. It provides professionally designed layouts that can easily customized according to the needs.

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

I had trouble reaching out to the customer service. There were some difficulties in updating the software.

Building e-commerce enabled websites with multiple checkout options.

**What do you like best about WebAssist eCart?**

Ease of setup and front end of the application. It is quite impressing and well designed to attract users via showing Graphical user interface. It is an option for small business who doesn't need much functionality but just want simple but attractive user interface.

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

Apart from well designed UI , there is nothing good. It is costly product compare to services they provide.After purchase support is also not good. It is difficult for beginner to implement this solution. So many bugs and crashes post deployment I have read. 

**Recommendations to others considering WebAssist eCart:**

I would not recommend this e-commerce platform as there are so many good options are available. And this one is not a match to most of them. Also quality they provide with the price they take is not at all justified. Lots of bugs and issues , seems like without doing testing they are rolling out.

We were trying to analyse to implement our product to sell canvas printed photographs, clothes and some accessories.

**What do you like best about WebAssist eCart?**

I liked that it was simple to create my shopping cart and the result looked modern and professional 

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

The payment set up was not simple and when I called for IT support, they were defensive and couldn't help. I spent a lot of time setting up payment. (no longer a user)

**Recommendations to others considering WebAssist eCart:**

The call center has much room for improvement. That is the reason I am no longer an eCart user. 

**What problems is WebAssist eCart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I minimized the number of steps/pages during check out and eliminated an issue that I had in the past where shoppers would lose information entered if they edited their cart.

Great for creating a fully customized cart instead of the classic standard versions. No special knowledge is required to create a project with this program.

Honestly, I don't find the program so exceptional that I can't do without it, given its rather high cost.

See well if it suits your case.

A complete 360-degree customization starting from the structure of the cart and the payment and shipping methods.

Awesome feature presentation. Functionality is well and great features that's are helpful and very easy to create new eCart for small business.

hard for new users and instruction presentation for designing new eCart is not well for new use .

Call there before you purchase because every business they have different needs I hope it's helpful to you

**What do you like best about WebAssist eCart?**

Love their product presentation. You wish you had the feel and look of their website on yours with all the beautiful functionality applied to it, they know how to draw you into buying their product

**What do you dislike about WebAssist eCart?**

It so easy to get excited and dish hundreds of dollars to buy their product, but have you seeing an old lady putting all this make-up on her face to hide what nature is doing to here, she looks real bad, well the same thing is with eCart by WebAssist its all look good and decided to spend the money you install the program and guess what everything starts crashing, you call them and their answer what are you talking up send us a screen shot, same all same all, I am an IT Director for many years I know this game, they are so excited to make a buck but the never bother to test their product before the offer it to the public

1. DO NOT BUY BEFORE YOU CALL AND ASK FOR RETURN POLICY!!! MAKE SURE YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
2. BACK UP YOUR DREAMWEAVER FIRST BEFORE YOU INSTALL ANY OF THEIR EXTENSION, TRUST ME

When you have a good and functional Dreamweaver Extension, the sky is the limit in what you can do with, the best thing about good extension is that you SAVE TIME BY NOT DOING THE SAME THING… OVER AND OVER AGAIN
