They actually understand ad tech (no hand-holding needed) Weekly lead lists are solid quality They continually add supply-side research tools. Their Sellers.json stuff is great. Worth every penny if you're tired of doing sales grunt work yourself. **What do you dislike about Web Discovery?** It's not the prettiest UI in the world, but honestly that's nitpicking. **What problems is Web Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Researching publishers is very time consuming. I need my team to focus on other things. ### 2. Almost no matter what it is that I can cook up that is a combination of data points that would be someone I should target you can find in Red Volcano. Customer support is absolutely fantastic as well. Very easy to get help from their team, and one way or another they'll sort out whatever issue you might be having! **What do you dislike about Web Discovery?** I'd say that there is a bit less polish in the overall UX than some of the other platforms I've tried. You can tell this is a very purpose-built platform, even to the point that you can suggest features and see them show up. I've tried the extremely polisted platforms, but they are always lacking that featureset. Things like CRM integraitons have to be done with their team, but it is a quick process and works great once set up. **What problems is Web Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have an extremely specific set of data that we need to analyze to find potential publishers for our platform. This is not an easy set of data to put together, and most of the time you're gluing together data from a ton of different platforms. Red Volcano's web discovery really brings it all together in one, and it has the exact data sets and the way to combine them that is specific to my type of company. ### 3.
