QuickFill software was built with a strong framework and has been providing publishers with the features needed to fulfill subscriptions, bill and renew them, and provide customer service, as well as to generate a wide array of reports for accounting, marketing, analysis, and so much more since 1989. Whether QuickFill is used through an in-house installation or in the Hosted QF environment (SaaS with data center security, immediate updates, and availability through web-capable devices), customers can rely on QuickFill's relational database to deliver a solid subscription fulfillment solution. With QuickFill, experience data entry with built-in validation tools, ample fields for storing and reporting additional customer data, and a multitude of ways to locate and report on prospects, customers, subscriptions, and orders. In addition, it's easy to create labels, bills, renewals, and acknowledgments for print or mail-merge through a favorite word processor or email program. QuickFill comes with sample forms, templates, and ODBC queries that can be used as they are or changed in any way desired. Regardless of publication (non-audit, audit, online) or subscription type (single, two-party, group, agency, gift, or complimentary), QuickFill handles all aspects of traditional and online subscription fulfillment. Beyond the features and functionality mentioned above, QuickFill also provides audit trials, flexibility for billing renewals, read-only ODBC access, online credit card payment processing through 3rd party integration, and comes with a comprehensive help system and documentation, not to mention our highly rated technical support team. With the exception of the Starter Kit, all systems include unlimited email and telephone support, and upgrades, for the first 90 days.

With QuickFill you can find customers quickly using Lookup by name, location, zip code, company, email address, customer/order number, credit card ticket number, and more.

QuickFill's subscription summary lets you see and access all of a customer’s transactions in one place. You can easily quick print one label or click “send email,” print or email replacement bills, acknowledgments, or renewals.

In addition to providing a subscription summary, QuickFill provides easy access to more detailed information associated an order.

The order detail Lookup screens also include information regarding accounting and payment details.

QuickFill provides ample fields for customer related data. When making an address change, it can be applied to all of a customer's subscriptions at once. In addition, future address changes can be schedule based on a date(s) to be temporary or permanent.

What do you like best about QuickFill?

The array of services provided is the best part. I can easily find customers in the database, as well as use the data management service and easily fulfill newsletter subscriptions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickFill?

I truly don't think I've encountered any downsides. It's easy to understand the software and we use it on a SAAS basis. If you use the demo feature it explains everything thoroughly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering QuickFill:

Fully read all instructions before use, and give yourself grace and patience when first learning the software. Once you know it it's easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickFill solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem I have solved has been easily fulfilling all newsletter subscriptions with everything at hand. I don't have to use three different softwares for a customer database and financial services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuickFill?

Was easy to get all customers info and purchase history very quickly or send them what they needed. Also you could get good reports like demographics or end of month reports easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like I said you can answer customers about their questions quick because it's easy to pull up all their info or send them another copy of a bill or anything. Plus we used it to see where we were getting business from or where we needed to hit harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuickFill?

The software is amazing easy to you . The software is simple in my opinion even my 4 year old niece could understand . It's also gives various ways to check reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most difficult thing is the subscriptions . For example it become rather bothersome trying to keep up with and or manage the copious amount of subscriptions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuickFill?

Quickfill does a great job at keeping all of our subscriptions maintained for postal audits and fulfillment. It is flexible in the file formats available for outputting the issue labels and can manage US, Canadian, and Foreign subscriptions with ease. You can use it to maintain a small database for a newsletter up to tens or even hundreds of thousands of names/addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickFill?

There are some restrictions in the database - when you can delete subscriptions - expiration issues - aging - etc -- but it is all set up to keep you from messing something up. They have built this to be "idiot-proof", but sometimes those things cause an experienced user some frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You would need to have strong computer skills, but if you don't their tech support is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickFill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maintaining multiple databases for trade magazines as well as digital edition databases. We also maintain demographic data on the subscribers in Quickfill. We are able to validate addresses before mailing and produce mailing files in a format that works with our printer/mailer in order to co-mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
