You can call or email and get a response right away. This has been the only digital waiver company where I can call and actually speak to someone right away. They made modifications to the interface to specifically tailor the system to our business. **What do you dislike about WaiverFile?** No dislikes at this time. Anything we need changed or fix, they do it. **Recommendations to others considering WaiverFile:** The customer service from WaiverFile is above all other waiver companies I’ve dealt with. They will work with you to tailor the system to your business needs. **What problems is WaiverFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having digital waivers allows us to keep better records of all our waivers and customers. Eliminating the physical storage for waivers was a must. WaiverFile has been a great system to use that allows us to track how many customers check-in each day. ### 3.
