What do you like best about Wabo?

I find Wabo incredibly easy to use, particularly in creating chatbots. The simplicity is perfect for new users without a technical background, making it accessible to everyone on the team. The broadcast feature is fantastic, allowing us to reach a large audience effortlessly. Wabo acts as a 24/7 receptionist, ensuring all inquiries are immediately addressed, which is essential for our operations. The support from the team, especially our point of contact Waqar Memon, is outstanding. He resolves our queries promptly, which has greatly aided us in effectively using the product. The transition from our previous software AI Sensy to Wabo was seamless primarily because it is more user-friendly and cost-effective. Wabo simplifies WhatsApp automation processes. I was able to create a chatbot within minutes, and without any coding, it was able to interact and manage basic queries and lead acquisition immediately. The shared inbox feature improves coordination among staff and gets customers’ needs to be met in a timely manner. I was impressed with how Wabo allowed us to streamline processes by setting up automated campaigns, and I felt as if I was doing less and achieving more. What do you dislike about Wabo?

it is a game-changer if you are trying to scale communication on WhatsApp
