# How do you keep Waalaxy outreach efficient without messages feeling too automated?

Waalaxy has been helpful for managing LinkedIn outreach in one place, saving time on connection requests, follow-ups, and tracking conversations. The tradeoff is that it can be harder to make messages feel truly hyper-personalized, especially when scaling outreach. How are you balancing efficiency with making each message sound specific to the person you are contacting?

For me, the biggest win has been using Waalaxy to handle the repetitive parts like follow-ups so I can spend my time actually reading profiles and replying thoughtfully. Automating the routine steps helps me stay consistent without living in LinkedIn all day. It keeps conversations moving forward while I focus more on the people I’m reaching out to, not the busywork.

### Comment 2

I lean on sequences to stay efficient, then personalize the messages so they still sound like me. It has saved me a lot of time, especially for following up with leads. One thing I still wish is the ability to send a message directly from the extension, or pre-build messages right when I get a new connection.
