**What do you like best about Voze?**

The transcription and virtual assistant features make Telenotes a CRM that actually gets used. I loved using it because I could call in my notes and tasks on my way to the next appointment. Then, someone would listen to my message, enter all the data and schedule all the reminders and follow-ups that I need. 

**What do you dislike about Voze?**

It's not designed for high volume inside sales. 

**Recommendations to others considering Voze:**

It's fantastic for outside sales teams!

**What problems is Voze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting reps to actually use our CRM so we capture the data we need. Also, it obviously helps the reps remember their next steps and the details for each customer. It worked! I got great data as a manager and the reps were able to make call notes easily.
