  ### 1. Voxox lacks support for some products they offer

**What do you like best about VOXOX?**

They had good rates on SMS messages, and a good API for sending tons of messages. They had a simple API to use to send SMS messages through. Worked great for a long time.

**What do you dislike about VOXOX?**

Their support system is severly lacking. They all of a suddent stopped being able to offer the service to us, no notice, no warning. They left us scrambling to find new vendors. When we asked them about it they said they might be able to fix it with no timeline or specifics. After pushing them for more of a response they essentially stopped responding.

**What problems is VOXOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They can send many SMS messages in a short amount of time, when their system works. Their API is simple enough for almost any company to use, assuming the SMS messages will actually send.

**What do you like best about VOXOX?**

Easy to use. Automated interactions with real-time responses and voice automation. Can be operated from anywhere which improves work flexibility and emphasizes SMS marketing with AI powered solutions for effective customer communication.

**What do you dislike about VOXOX?**

Expensive. Data is stored in a third-party platform raises concerns on data security. Limited customization options. Quality of customer support is not great. Technical glitches affects performance.

**What problems is VOXOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhancing integration with CRM systems, improving customizations and customer support provides seamless experience. Indetailed analytics and reports with mobile-friendly features can help the users to maintain the business more efficiently.

**What do you like best about VOXOX?**

The service works well. I like the auto-attendant, and the initial setup wasn't too bad. I liked the options and menus, and it was all pretty logically laid out.

**What do you dislike about VOXOX?**

The customer support was not very good. I had trouble changing a configuration, and they were not helpful in getting the issue resolved. They also did not provide much help when I asked about changing the level of service or porting the numbers.

**What problems is VOXOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great way to set up VOIP phones very quickly. Out of the box, things worked well enough to get the rest of the business going.

**What do you like best about VOXOX?**

The Cloud Phone interface made it easy for us to create a new number and add the extensions we needed. 
In no time at all our business was up and running with a local phone number. Plus the pricing was very affordable!

**What do you dislike about VOXOX?**

The biggest issue I've run into is when trying to "Add a Call" to the line. On my android phone, from the Cloud Phone mobile app, I am only given the option to choose from existing contacts. I wish I had the ability to type in the phone number I wanted to add. This is a recurring problem, because as a business we are constantly calling numbers that are not in our saved contacts list. 

**What problems is VOXOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Cloud Phone has provided an affordable and quality product that has enabled our small business to have a phone without spending large amounts of money and without having to purchase physical phone systems. I highly recommend their service for startups, freelancers, or small teams. I love that we add the option to fully customize our greetings and extensions. There are also a lot of great options for handling the transfer of calls from the app to your phone of choice.
