Voxco Survey Platform Reviews & Product Details

As a market research analyst, it is necessary to work with a survey platform that can handle complex programming and provide me with the feedback I need to understand the effectiveness of the surveys. With the Voxco platform, I can view respondent actions regarding the survey. I can look at survey data and who is responding in order to target reminders. We're able to test programs to insure that the logic is working properly and the data that is provided can easily integrate into our analytical software. These are just a few of the features that I use most but many other features are available. Overall, it's easy to use and gets the job done. Voxco supports all of the basic question types we need to perform primary research, as well as some light scripting to help automate respondent flows and streamline data collection.

It doesn't have some "flashier" question types I have seen in other data collection platforms, but honestly I consider that a positive; having to use reliable, consistent question types means that we have to think through questions to make sure accurately and validly collect the intended data, and will be straightforward and familiar for respondents to answer.

The documentation could stand to be improved. As a survey programmer, it would be helpful to have more concrete examples were provided as the syntax is somewhat unique to Voxco and can be difficult to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity of the user interface has allowed us to give the job of programming to junior level staff, freeing senior staff for analysis and reporting. Occasional intricate coding requires more hands on work, but the technical and customer support staff are excellent. Responsive and helpful. We have used the built-in Voxco panel for our occasional consumer fielding to great results. We have also been able to streamline reward delivery through seamless integration with BHN (Rybbon). I love the number of features it offers, specifically with regards to CATI Phone Surveys and Online Surveys. My company does many of these surveys so it's nice to have everything in one place. Putting together online surveys is very easy, and I found creating branching logic to be very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the customer service and help documentation to be very disappointing. Finding answers to simple questions forces you to sift their help document, which is very technically oriented and difficult for the average reader to understand. I like to use it for my CATI Surveys, it's useful and practical to create quotas for my different surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to know but the follow-up of quotas, we don't have the correct number of people who answered the survey. Moreover, the software used to make survey (Design) isn't ergonomic and looks like it wasn't updated since a long time.

Both the telephone and web platform are user friendly and have capabilities to program in complex questions.

Customer support is good, but the technical support has promissed that a particular fix would be implemented in the last two versions and we're still waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no report to shows how many simultaneous connections are being used per project. Purchasing these connections is way too expensive. If it weren't for the telephone part of the platform we would be using a different platform altogether. 1- Limited Customizations : this platform offers a variety of survey design features but there might be limitations in term of customizations options for look and feel of survey

2- Pricing : the Pricing structure of this platform is relatively high in comparashion of others platform

Voxco has been valuable in our technology transition to a more effective and more agile data collection. The panel management module and the flexibility in its applications has been great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although most of our queries are accomodated within reasonable time frames, we would like to see the technical support team be able to help us slightly faster in very urgent issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many different question types available and you can even add your own using HTML. Export to Excel and SPSS is a breeze. Data collection using Android-based tablets is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are 2 things that make Voxco less than perfect:

1 - only Android is supported for Moble Offline use
