It's great that the platform makes it easy to see and read the script clearly, enabling me to carry out surveys effectively. Voxco's sample management system is also very precise, with a rich sample library and efficient filtering functions, allowing for real-time management and adjustment of samples to ensure the scientific and representative nature of the survey. Additionally, text analysis features like Ascribe CX Inspector use sentiment analysis to quickly summarize key information from large amounts of text data, reducing the cost of manual analysis and improving the efficiency of data collection and analysis.
