"Voxco is simple, easy to read and learn "

I like the way voxconis set up when you open a “project” . Finding what you need to get to is simple after you learn how. The way the pages are set up makes it easy to understand, wording is good and not confusing. Voxco is NEVER Slow, it NEVER lags !!! Which is very important Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voxco Survey Platform?

That’s there is not dome sort of “chat “ set up where I could chat with others using the system . Would like a messaging feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

from my experience with Voxco CAWI & CATI:

the difficulty of creating a nice ergonomic questionnaire

Use HTML4 instead of HTML5 which makes it difficult to integrate new components.

the builder "DESIGN" is not well optimized

It sounds like you are using our Command Center platform, which is primarily designed to create CATI phone interviews, though it also offers CAWI and CAPI capability. Our Acuity platform is designed for intuitively creating online and offline surveys.

Early in 2018, we will be updating to version 6.0, which will better integrate our powerful Command Center platform with the more intuitive navigation of the Acuity platform. The integration will improve the questionnaire design process for Command Center users, and also offer full compatibility with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE 11+ browsers.

More details to come about version 6.0 - we hope you love it!

"Very useful survey software"

What do you like best about Voxco Survey Platform?

I use Voxco CAPI client and I like that it can go offline, to complete surveys without wifi. I also love the synchronization feature, which (once the computer is back on wifi) sends completed interviews back to the server and removes them from the machine. Very useful data security measure. Then I can see each survey that is sent back to the server (from anywhere) to begin analyzing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voxco Survey Platform?

I will be honest, it is tough to learn how to program/use. The command center is not intuitive at all and they do a decent amount of updates that require some project disruption (and usually 8 hours on the phone with their support team). But on the plus side their support team is great and they have always found solutions for every problem I've encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Voxco Survey Platform:

Definitely give Voxco a serious look--I can't speak to how well it works on the CATI/telephone survey side but for actual in person surveys, it is dead useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voxco Survey Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are in the research business, so we're solving a lot of problems when it comes to surveying hard to reach populations (homeless, drug users, etc.) and we've been able to manage all of these projects remotely.
