What do you like best about Vouchery?

I have terrific experience in using Vouchery. My company has many platforms to promote our products. Before using Vouchery, we create and synchronize the promotion one by one on each forum. Sometimes we also missed one or two platforms. Then, we found Vouchery. Vouchery helps us to create, set, synchronize and redeem all kinds of promotions to all platforms. It’s time-saving! What do you dislike about Vouchery?

I recommend Vouchery to provide a tutorial video on their main page. Although it is easy to use, some of the users might be confused the first time. Then, Vouchery could simplify the explanation provided on the website. The description could be better if it is in the form of points. Besides, everything is incredible. Recommendations to others considering Vouchery:

What problems is Vouchery solving and how is that benefiting you?

Decreasing promo abuse is quite difficult. We can’t clearly and review customers who use our promotions. And sometimes it depletes our marketing budget. What do you like best about Vouchery?

- I really like that we have an overview of all the active promotions like discounts, gift cards and loyalty programs in a simple dashboard.

- Moreover, we can segment the promos - eg generate it for or restrict to the specific target groups.

- It's really great that we can set the triggers when the discount should be generated and for how long it is valid - we love the countdown feature where we display to the Customer the ticking clock!

-The Customer Persona view - before Vouchery, we had Customers who clearly abused some of our promotions. Now, we can see it immediately and block specific Customers from using the vouchers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vouchery?

I would like more integrations to popular marketing software, ( I would like to sync the customer data) but that's something they're working on already. Also, would be nice to have more triggers available that generate the coupons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
