## About VOISA
Voisa AI is an ai phone assistent for german companies, the big difference from standard voice agents is that we build custom tools such as MCP Remote Servers that can access different custom integrations such as property CRM, lawyer CRMs or any other software that can be access and used through an API. The agent understands the context through natural language, it then creates a tool call with a specific json and sends this to the api, the api gets the information and sends back the feedback, the ai agent can then answer in natural language to the call or to the chatter (as an ai agent can be configured for speech-to-speech tor text-to-text).

**What do you like best about VOISA?**

speech recoginition is on top, great service and generally improvements

**What do you dislike about VOISA?**

nothing that comes in mind, really. Cant say anything bad.

**What problems is VOISA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes all incoming calls, we then get a transcript within a second and this can be used to check what question customers actually have so we can also improve our FAQ.

**What do you like best about VOISA?**

The best of voisa.ai is that you can any integration added to the voice chat and phone assistant. No provider offers this.

Also the amount of voices is great.

**What do you dislike about VOISA?**

Nothing comes in mind. Really great product.

**What problems is VOISA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me for inbound quieres for our properties so customer can request more information as the agent can access our crm.
