The 60-plus-languages number is worth pressure-testing against the channel breakdown, since language coverage and channel coverage don&#39;t necessarily scale together. Having a language available on chat or email, where a response can be handled asynchronously or partially through translation tooling, is a much easier staffing problem than having a live phone agent fluent in that same language ready in real time. So &quot;60-plus languages&quot; as a single headline number can overstate actual coverage on voice specifically, which is exactly the channel already flagged here as the harder one to staff well. Worth asking directly how many of those 60 languages are actually staffed for live phone support versus just chat and email, since that&#39;s a very different number.
