Voisa AI is an ai phone assistent for german companies, the big difference from standard voice agents is that we build custom tools such as MCP Remote Servers that can access different custom integrations such as property CRM, lawyer CRMs or any other software that can be access and used through an API. The agent understands the context through natural language, it then creates a tool call with a specific json and sends this to the api, the api gets the information and sends back the feedback, the ai agent can then answer in natural language to the call or to the chatter (as an ai agent can be configured for speech-to-speech tor text-to-text).
