**What do you like best about Voilà?**

Voila is an easy-to-use browser extension that requires no switching between apps. 
You can select text in your browser, right-click, and instantly access powerful AI features. It comes with preset prompts for translation, text continuation, and more.
 Voila also integrates seamlessly with Gmail, allowing you to generate replies directly within your inbox. This tool streamlines your workflow by combining convenience and advanced AI assistance right where you work.

**What do you dislike about Voilà?**

1. Integration with Desktop Applications:  
It would be very helpful if Voila could be used not only within browsers but also directly within popular desktop applications such as text editors and spreadsheet software. This would allow users to benefit from Voila’s capabilities in a wider range of workflows without switching contexts.

2. Enhanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Features:  
Improving and expanding the RAG functionality would provide users with more powerful and accurate information retrieval combined with generation. This enhancement could significantly boost productivity and the quality of outputs.

**What problems is Voilà solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I frequently use Voila when writing blog posts and emails because it is very easy to use. I write the topic in the browser editor, right-click, and select "Send to Voila." This triggers a pre-registered prompt to generate content, which has significantly boosted my productivity. Although I use other LLMs as well, none match Voila in ease of access. I will continue to use it moving forward.
