**What do you like best about Vizirecruiter?**

The best part of the the Application is that it is best suited for business organization of all the sizes.It is one of the best recruitment manangement solutions that is used by an organization for creating visual experiences for potential candidates.

**What do you dislike about Vizirecruiter?**

There are few things in the application needed to be sorted out. As itdoes not save drafted vizis properly and it takes up a lot of timeto re-make visual jobad if this happens on frequent basis.

**Recommendations to others considering Vizirecruiter:**

Nothing specific but if it saves drafted Vizis properly in a short duration that will be helpful.

**What problems is Vizirecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in sharing jobs on Social Media Platforms which looks visually appealing. This application really makes Job Ad more interesting. We can incorporate photos easily into the Ad and that helps to show things like culture and environment of the company in an effective manner.

Easy to hire the people for the particular job. searching the right profile made easy.

need the lot of improvements and more categories of profile should be added

fake profile need to identify. scheduling issues
