It is one of the best recruitment management solutions used by organizations for creating visual experiences for potential candidates. **What do you dislike about Vizirecruiter?** There are a few things in the application that need to be sorted out. It does not save drafted vizis properly and it takes a lot of time to re-make visual job ads if this happens frequently. **Recommendations to others considering Vizirecruiter:** Nothing specific, but if it saves drafted Vizis properly in a short duration, that would be helpful. **What problems is Vizirecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in sharing jobs on Social Media Platforms which look visually appealing. This application really makes Job Ads more interesting. We can incorporate photos easily into the Ad, which helps to show things like the culture and environment of the company effectively. ### 2.
