- If there are many applicants, it is a heavy process to go through the applicants. In one of our searches, we had 142 applicants. Could there be more filters to find the best candidates?

Back pipeline, where you can see the current state and status of recruitment. A comprehensive system that enables even broader recruitment needs. It records the background of recruitment well and keeps open a candidate pool where you can return to applicants who were not selected in that particular search. What do you dislike about Jobilla?

The implementation was overly comprehensive for our needs, covering too many things that are not essential for us. At times, it was challenging to construct and link forms related to job positions under the correct search category.
