**What do you like best about Jobilla?**

Jobilla has been really easy to use. Categorization worked well and was flexible. We got to decide what we wanted for categorization, and the experts made the final practical adjustments.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

"No thank you" messages could be sent even faster to the selected candidates. Through a few clicks, messages from templates would be sent to the candidates.

**What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contacting service taken through Jobilla - the expert conducted the initial assessment and made comprehensive notes for the recruiting supervisor based on them. (There was good and constructive feedback about the candidates). This service saved a significant amount of personal work time.

**What do you like best about Jobilla?**

Overall clear and easy to use. Works well for a group of about 60 applicants. Apparently a good way to easily reach people when they can fill out the survey on social media, etc.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

Show the customer immediately before recruitment that compartments can be created, deleted, and named as needed.

**What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We received approximately 160 applicants, including technicians and subcontractors. We also managed to expand the subcontractor pool. 20 candidates are coming/have come for interviews.

With Jobilla, you can categorize candidates based on the recruitment test. You can easily move candidates from one slot to another, and see where you stand with each person. You can record notes under the candidate card.

Nothing comes to mind to improve Jobilla.

With Jobilla, you don't have to go through unnecessary applicants. Get direct access to the best candidates through categorization.

Candidate sorting function and sending emails to everyone at once.

The questions should have been given more specific specifications on what they are aiming for, even before starting the recruitment.

The visibility of applications has clearly been greater than before, and the threshold for making an application has been low.

**What do you like best about Jobilla?**

Through Jobilla, candidates come in well. When you can open a connection with a low threshold, potential candidates come in. It is easy to sort candidates. It is easy to write notes behind the candidates and you can return to them.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

The downside of easy application is that "unsuitable" applicants also join the pool. Be more precise in creating the questionnaire to get all the necessary information from the candidate, and honestly state what the future job requires.

With Jobilla, we get workforce for us.

In Jobilla, it's easy to move candidates from one compartment to another. You can easily sort potential candidates using categorization.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

When applying is made low-threshold, inevitably too superficial applications come into the process. The candidate may not necessarily understand what they are applying for.

**What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobilla is very straightforward and applying has been made very easy. Feedback from candidates also indicates that applying has been easy and straightforward. The scoring of candidates is very important.

Easy to create announcements. Good that you can customize forms (which could be even easier). Tags and thereby recruitment automation.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

Printing recruitment tags to Excel with the function exports to an Excel file.

If there are multiple recruiters in the same recruitment, it would be good if the recruiter sends a message to the applicant, so that only they receive the response in their email. Not in a way that the message goes to all recruiters.

All applicants in one place, do not get lost in emails.

The application process from the start is really lightweight - Applicants like it. Candidates can be scored in different categories.

Easy application causes a candidate rush and a lot of work on our end. Through easy application, even those who are not genuinely interested in the position apply.

In 5 years, I have managed to hire quite a few people through Jobilla.

Jobillaa is easy to use. Clear view in the system.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

Categorization has not always worked as desired. As A-candidates, those who do not fully meet the criteria (do not have experience in turning work, but offer as an A candidate).

**What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have managed to simplify the initial phase of recruitment. We have immediately filtered out the "not suitable" candidates and have been able to directly contact the best candidates.
