**What do you like best about Jobilla?**

Jobilla has been really easy to use. Categorization worked well and was flexible. We got to decide what we wanted for categorization, and the experts made the final practical adjustments.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

"No thank you" messages could be sent even faster to the selected candidates. Through a few clicks, messages from templates would be sent to the candidates.

**What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contacting service taken through Jobilla - the expert conducted the initial assessment and made comprehensive notes for the recruiting supervisor based on them. (There was good and constructive feedback about the candidates). This service saved a significant amount of personal work time.

With Jobilla, you can sort candidates into different boxes. In one view, you can easily see where you are in the process.

It might be possible to open multiple candidates side by side "for comparison purposes". You could choose, for example, two candidates side by side and their information.

**What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit of Jobilla compared to the traditional model is that applying has been made low-threshold, which results in more candidates entering the process. (Quantity & Quality).

Received really good service through the chat feature.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

When the website was being revamped, the previous job listing was simultaneously removed from use as it is no longer supported by Jobilla. If we had wanted to update the old recruitment, it was possible, but getting the link out was no longer successful.

If there has been a problem with something, we have quickly received support and help on how to resolve things.

Overall clear and easy to use. Works well for a group of about 60 applicants. Apparently a good way to easily reach people when they can fill out the survey on social media, etc.

Show the customer immediately before recruitment that compartments can be created, deleted, and named as needed.

We received approximately 160 applicants, including technicians and subcontractors. We also managed to expand the subcontractor pool. 20 candidates are coming/have come for interviews.

Through Jobilla, candidates come in well. When you can open a connection with a low threshold, potential candidates come in. It is easy to sort candidates. It is easy to write notes behind the candidates and you can return to them.

The downside of easy application is that "unsuitable" applicants also join the pool. Be more precise in creating the questionnaire to get all the necessary information from the candidate, and honestly state what the future job requires.

The layout of the Jobilla system is very clear. Easy to use. Moving candidates between compartments is easy. I like that notes can be made on the back of candidate cards.

**What do you dislike about Jobilla?**

In anonymous searches, handling the number of applicants is laborious. One could have created compartments themselves (interesting-compartment / potential-compartment) to move applicants who are not immediately excluded or advanced. This would facilitate comparison at the beginning.

The recruitment went well. Once you get used to the process, the use is smooth.

When applying is made low-threshold, inevitably too superficial applications come into the process. The candidate may not necessarily understand what they are applying for.

Jobilla is very straightforward and applying has been made very easy. Feedback from candidates also indicates that applying has been easy and straightforward. The scoring of candidates is very important.

Easy to create announcements. Good that you can customize forms (which could be even easier). Tags and thereby recruitment automation.

Printing recruitment tags to Excel with the function exports to an Excel file.

If there are multiple recruiters in the same recruitment, it would be good if the recruiter sends a message to the applicant, so that only they receive the response in their email. Not in a way that the message goes to all recruiters.

Categorization has not always worked as desired. As A-candidates, those who do not fully meet the criteria (do not have experience in turning work, but offer as an A candidate).

There were a few unnecessary applications. When I contacted them, the applicant said they didn't understand that the information was sent to me that they had applied. Some tried out of curiosity.
