&lt;p&gt;I’d look at whether inspectors can attach photos directly to a specific question, add notes and annotations, mark the exact defect, and carry that context into the final report without someone reformatting it later. It also helps if the platform preserves timestamps, GPS, inspector details, and before-and-after images.&lt;/p&gt;
