What do you like best about VIVA Financial Wellness Program?

The best thing is that if you are employed, you will be approved for something. They are extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process and help you get everything set up for paymetns to be deducted from your paycheck. When I refinanced, I didn't even have to talk to anyone and it was fast as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VIVA Financial Wellness Program?

They still go based on your credit as well, not just your employment and pay rate. Hours of customer service could have been better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
