What do you like best about SmartDollar?

What do you dislike about SmartDollar?

The advice it gives us is not to use credit cards for any reason, which nowadays is what I prefer to use, as it is easier to dispute any unauthorized charges. The cost of the program is high; if my employer didn't pay for it, I'm not sure I would do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartDollar?

From the user friendliness of the website and app to the FANTASTIC support from our account representative, my experience has been beyond exceptional! Dylan Foley took me by the hand when I first started as Benefits Admin at my organization and has been a constant source of knowledge and support! This program offers practical, step-by-step guidance on budgeting, savings, and getting out of debt. The program is designed for long-term financial stability by teaching users how to work towards financial freedom. They offer a comprehensive and engaging resource library of easy-to-follow lessons, and motivational inspiration to stay the course. SmartDollar allows us to live our values by providing a tool that promotes individual potential and well-being. It provides sound financial education without trying to sell our employees on other products. While the financial principles are sound and simple, the SmartDollar tool is an innovative way to deliver solutions to our employees and our students.

I know first-hand that when people aren't worried about their finances, they can focus on their jobs and are more productive. When our employees' finances are in order, they have more options about the work they choose. What do you like best about SmartDollar?

I love how easy SmartDollar is to use! It was simple to set up, it provides great teaching, and it's filled with easy-to-understand personal financial information. The website is easy to navigate, and you can almost always find what you are looking for with all the tools it provides. As part of our commitment to employee financial wellness, we’ve implemented SmartDollar to help our full-time staff work toward the goal of becoming 80% consumer debt-free by February 2027.

Currently, we have around 55 employees enrolled, with about half of them actively engaging with the program on a regular basis. We've seen firsthand how SmartDollar is empowering our team to take control of their finances, build better habits, and gain confidence in their financial future. Employees appreciate the easy-to-follow lessons, actionable steps, and motivational approach that keeps them engaged.

While we continue to encourage participation and drive engagement, we’re already seeing positive momentum. What do you like best about SmartDollar?

I really like the tools and the videos. There is so much there that makes you excited and encouraged to keep going. I feel like there is a resource for everything. The videos are up to date, and the platform is easy to navigate. From an adminsteration side for my company, it has been so cool to watch people jump in here and use the platform. We started a little lunch and learn called Buget Bites- it is a 10 week course. With the help of Nelson we got information for the class, shortened recap videos and workbooks to print. What do you like best about SmartDollar?

Its an easy platform to work with. Its easy to switch back and forth form the administration view and your personal view. What problems is SmartDollar solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me personally I was already using EveryDollar and very plugged in to Daves program but being in my role with our organization I wanted to be able to bring this to our entire staff. I think for our company having EveryDollar has been the biggest benefit for our staff. 80% of our staff are right out of college and spend 2-3 years with us so we know we don't have a lot of time with them and were usually their first job out of college. Over the years I've had countless conversations with our team members and the one area that seemed to be the struggle is budgeting and paying off debt. SmartDollar has provided a plan for them to attack debt and taught them how to get a grasp of where their money is going by budgeting. The other thing is SmartDollar has allowed me to bring something I'm passionate about in my personal life to our company and it even motivates me to keep on the journey. "Beyond Impressed"

What do you like best about SmartDollar?

The software is impressive but what is even more impressive is our representative. Blake has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions and concerns are addressed at all times. He understands that our schedules can be difficult and he is always very respectful of our time. The platform is easy to use and I feel that we have an amazing support system through Smart Dollar and could not be more satisfied. I was not sure in the beginning if this was really something we needed but it has been wonderful for those that have needed a little additional guidence. Forever greatful!
