**What do you like best about Vispato?**

The best thing about Vispato is that it has full end-to-end encryption and provides your encryption key, so you completely control your data. It offers maximum internal and external protection for the identity of the Whistleblower with access controls, case activity logs, and archive permissions preventing unauthorised employee access or cover-ups. It allows whistleblowers to attach files to provide supporting evidence securely.

**What do you dislike about Vispato?**

This Whistleblowing system is a web-based solution, so it doesn't currently provide a whistleblowing hotline. Due to this, users will not have the option to connect directly with a Vispato agent to resolve their data theft issues or can conduct a drill to understand how data can be protected.

**What problems is Vispato solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This Vispato system has several safeguards to protect customer anonymity and ensure that customers' identities cannot be digitally tracked back to them. They don't store the following: IP Addresses, Location data, Device specifications and any other identifiable data. For customer protection, all submissions are end-to-end encryption with server communications carried over a secured HTTPS Connection.
