What we especially appreciate is that Vision6 has the flexibility and functionality of more technical platforms, but with far less reliance on IT support. This allows our marketing team to operate independently, stay agile, and focus on strategy and creativity rather than getting bogged down in technical hurdles. It is how easy it is to use – the interface is intuitive, and setting up campaigns, automations, and lists doesn’t require specialist technical knowledge. There are lots of design capabilities and love that we aren't restricted to an email canvas that is 600px width. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only improvement we’d like to see is more flexibility in reporting access. It would be great if users with reporting-level permissions could drill down into detailed metrics such as clicks and opens. At present, we’ve had to grant our sales team full access in order for them to view this information.
