
I really appreciate how Virto's Commerce Innovation Platform balances enterprise-grade B2B capabilities with genuine flexibility from its headless, API-first architecture. Unlike many B2B ecommerce tools that feel clunky or force you into rigid workflows, Virto is built to support the real-world complexity we deal with daily, such as customer-specific pricing, contract catalogs, quote management, purchase orders, and approval flows. Some of the back-end admin interfaces feel less modern or intuitive. Daily tasks like bulk product updates, catalog management, and adjusting pricing rules can take extra clicks, and the UI isn’t as streamlined as some newer cloud-native tools. It’s functional, but not as user-friendly for non-technical team members. More out-of-the-box B2B self-service features would be a big upgrade. Features like quick reorder, saved favorites, order approvals dashboard, and quote-to-order conversion require extra configuration. Simpler bulk editing tools for catalog and pricing would save us hours weekly. Managing large product lists, tiered pricing, and customer-specific contracts can be clumsy in the current admin.
