I can always count on Marc to answer my questions, even if I asked them before. He is very patient **What do you dislike about viLMS?** The previous version was less user-friendly. Wave is an improvement. We would love to have a mechanism where we can track not only compliance but reporting as well **What problems is viLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We track attorney compliance and credits and use our LMS as a platform for our recorded internal CLE programs and as a means to track program attendance and issue CLE certificates ### 2. It is easy to upload training materials, including links to knowledge sites. Trainers are able to setup automatic calendar invites to scheduled training events, including tracking attendance. It also provides permissions to limit your audience based on specific training directed at staff or attorneys. **What do you dislike about viLMS?** Nothing. viLMS has completely satisfied our needs to setup training categories and learning resources, providing our users with access to training materials at any time. **What problems is viLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit of viLMS is when our firm implements new software, etc., training materials, including short videos and links, are immediately set up in viLMS. Having implemented viLMS at Dickinson Wright, we offer our users direct access to training materials at their convenience, promoting professional growth. ### 4.
