They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about ViewWORK?** • ViewWORK is a cloud-based work order management solution designed to assist corporations in streamlining facility maintenance processes associated with incoming requests, approval workflows, and more. The centralized platform allows managers to collect, process, and track progress on work orders, providing visibility across operations. • Key features of ViewWORK include work order creation, automated notifications, search functionality, benchmarking, and data monitoring. The solution enables supervisors to gather incoming service requests from various sources such as a company intranet, emails, calls, external websites, and more. Additionally, users can dispatch work to internal teams and service providers, as well as receive automated notifications on every work order's approval, submission, dispatch, or completion. • ViewWORK allows companies to analyze data on customer satisfaction and establish benchmarks regarding critical performance indicators. With the search capability, users can find current and past work orders based on several metrics such as keywords, locations, dates, and brands. **What do you dislike about ViewWORK?** Sometimes I do not know what record I want, so it takes me some clicks to discover it. That's rare and is the most effective complaint I may want to think of.
