**What do you like best about Videodeck?**

What we liked best about videodeck was: 1. the quality of the finished products, 2. the speed of shooting and editing, 3. the comunication and flexibility when making edits, 4. the range of available voice actors for the videos

**What do you dislike about Videodeck?**

We didn't really find any downsides when working with Videodeck, everything went pretty smooth and fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Videodeck:**

If you have something specific in mind make sure you communicate everything clearly. If you don't, you can relax as they are pretty creative and will come up with very cool aproaches, edits, animations and such.

**What problems is Videodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We got in touch with Videodeck for two reasons, one was to create some high quality videos to bring traffic to our website builder platform and the second was to create some better quality video tutorials to better onboard our new users.

Nothing - I was very happy with the result and the processs.

**What problems is Videodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a new intro video for my design agency. I now use their videos on my homepage and it has been converting very well (much better than our previous video)
