Testimonial Hero handles the planning and video production for high quality testimonials, which takes a lot of work off our small and busy marketing team's plate. More importantly, I trust them with our customers as the team at TH is always professional and gracious, as well as quick to answer any questions that might come up. They do exactly what an agency should do in my opinion - act as a trusted branch off the internal team excelling at their specialty so we know the work is getting done and getting done well. Testimonial Hero helps us create high-quality, engaging testimonials in a remote environment. Their work speaks for itself and feels much more engaging and dynamic than the other Zoom-recorded testimonials you'll find online. They are always willing to go above and beyond to tell the story that we — and our customers — really want to tell. Our creative project manager there feels like an extension of my team.
