More importantly, I trust them with our customers as the team at TH is always professional and gracious, as well as quick to answer any questions that might come up. They do exactly what an agency should do in my opinion - act as a trusted branch off the internal team excelling at their specialty so we know the work is getting done and getting done well. With TH we did not need to contract/hire a local filming company and travel onsite for our video; instead, we were able to contact clients online and have them complete their filming remotely. From day one, they clearly define the process and they make it easy. They work with you to understand your specific video goals and then bring them to life. The quality of work is second to none. It was very difficult to find customers that were comfortable with video. Testimonial was very proactive in keeping me apprised of our credit deadlines. And, when we approached it, they proactive offered to pivot to created some shorter videos from the existing content we had. So I ended up not losing the credits. Thank you!
