Video Explainers Reviews & Provider Details

Nothing, they are a scam organization - stay away! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They took our money, tried to pass ripped-off copy as their own, and then went dark without delivering on the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found Video Explainers through a Facebook ad of theirs and got in touch with Phil. They gave me a few options for videos and worked hard to find one that worked with our budget. Phil was very prompt in his responses and the animators and writers were quick with their work. The quality was excellent too! I am very pleased with our video and I will definitely be working with them again for our other products! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The finished product is excellent. I liked the questionnaire to help turn my ideas into a storyboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the turnaround were faster, but most of the time, the creative team was waiting on me, not vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that they are very organized and take you step by step through the whole process, more importantly, they were persistent in their follow-up and quick on their execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot say anything negative, it was a very smooth and professional experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They did a great job of 1) outlining their process and 2) communicating throughout the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The project took longer than anticipated, but that was due primarily to changes on the client side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I promised a client I could produce a video for them more cost effectively than a benchmark price and timeframe they had set forth. I found Video Explainers on UpWork after sifting through dozens of proposals. VE's previous work gave me and my client the confidence that they could produce something on-brand for a fintech startup operating in a frontier technology space. I provided the script and voiceover, as well as a few ideas for the animation, and VE handled the rest. We had a few clarifications and changes to scope along the way and ended up with a bit of a longer video than we thought, and my coordinator ensured the project stayed on time and at good quality. We have a few more videos in mind and VE will be my first call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the quality and price, VE is an excellent choice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I needed an animated explainer video for my business. Video Explainer helped me to get rid of it with awesome quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whiteboard animation is the best. Although their 2D animation and motion graphics are great, I like whiteboard animation most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Video explainer of a website for life insurance quote. We did 2 versions to adapt to our needs. Great prices for the quality and especially speed of work. Frequent updates and adaptation, good flexibility. Will certainly do our next project with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company reached out to Video Explainers for help with a whiteboard animation video for a new page on our website. We wanted the video to be a compelling introduction to our site but also fit in with the aesthetic of previous videos we’ve done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The process for getting a video done was simple and easy to follow. Our project manager was great in communicating timelines and asking my team for feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my last venture, I spent $40,000 on a two-minute explainer video, a critical component of our marketing effort. It took forever to get done and in the end, was a failure. My lesson was that I needed to keep true to myself and the ideas I wanted to convey as opposed to following the wisdom of a new marketing firm. Nuff said about that. So in a new venture that I am starting, I needed a banner video, sort of a quick what we do 30-second explainer. And a couple of new videos to portray our methods and differentiators from our competitors. I searched the web and found Video Explainers. A super low price figured I had little to lose. They asked for a minimal amount to begin the production and the balance due on completion. Here I feel embarrassed even to tell you how little I paid for the work, especially when you see what I paid last time. I was then introduced to my project coordinator, who explained that he would be my sole point on contact. I created a draft of the ideas in my head and what I wanted to convey and put it to paper. Working with my project coordinator, our emails began back and forth. We discussed image, goals, messaging, etc. I'm guessing we sent sixty+ emails back and forth. Sounds like a lot, right? It didn't feel like it. It felt like continuous progress, methodically done step-by-step to get it right the first time. The process went from script design to storyboarding, designing, animating, voiceovers, and music. In the end, their work was beautiful and on time. Video Explainers produced the three videos I needed and even gave me some HD illustrations that I could use to enhance my website. Bottom line. A tremendous deal. My coordinator was always helpful and professional. Their work exceeds all my expectations. Do you think I will use them again? Of course. Should you try them? You bet.
