Easy of use seemed a good capabilities but the end user UI for managing the account is inexistent and the user support uses unfair and dishonest reasoning to steal your money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is inexistent. There is no self service UI for basic capabilities like payment information updates, plan changes, subscription cancelation, everything has to go through support emails which makes the self service self care experience a nightmare. I'm currently disputing the auto renewal, I don't know how it'll go, I'll provide an update once it reaches an end. The auto renewal is a very dishonest practice: there is nowhere the expiration date or the auto renewal date, they do not provide any headsup email for the upcoming payment so unless you mark your calendar you'll have no alert for the upcoming payment. I retired almost a year ago and the auto renewal went off my radar, I just learned when the payment processed through my credit card, no communication at all and when I wrote asking for a refund they wrote back there were "very sorry but we are unable to offer a refund on the annual subscription payment as we do advise at the time of check out this is a recurring payment unless cancelled. ". As you can see they do little to keep you informed and do not communicate the upcoming auto renewal (otherwise you'd have time to cancel of course) . The product is barely good enough and the self service capabilities are kept at a level that makes the user hostage of their worst practices. Stay away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
