All I have to do is choose the options that work best for my page context. Also, the team at Vidalytics is very responsive with support requests and has taken a personal approach to dealing with me as a customer. I feel known, heard, and valued with their team. I'm not suttled off to a support center somewhere. I'm dealing with their actual team when I have a question. **What do you dislike about Vidalytics?** There are a couple of places in the Vidalytics interface that I find a little less intuitive than they could be. I have repeatedly clicked on one part of the interface thinking something will happen, but another thing results from the click. But those are minor annoyances. **Recommendations to others considering Vidalytics:** Vidalytics has features for marketers that exceed what Vimeo can deliver, is less expensive than Wistia, and has superb support. **What problems is Vidalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to deliver sales videos (VSLs) on ClickFunnels pages. I've done multiple webinars and had my first breakthrough webinar back in 2019 where I realized the true power of the webinar, but it was just uploaded through YouTube as unlisted and I didn't really know where my message was landing. Now I can literally just add my conversions and then see exactly where in my webinar people are taking action. This allows me to go back, re-record anything that needs to be improved, and try again with an enhanced video/message. I can do all of this while my audience is small, then once I've refined the message and see that it's converting, that's when I can actually put money behind it. It's easy to use and I'm not getting ads or recommended videos showing up on my embedded video (YouTube does this) so it keeps my messaging clear and concise. If anything, the design could be enhanced a bit, but all-in-all, I dig the user experience. **What problems is Vidalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** My clients no longer have to hope their videos can do well... we can analyze the conversions through Vidalytics and refine our messaging to make the video that much more impactful. Also, by allowing us to add CTAs to the video itself, we can create special offers that only show up on the video for a limited time and since they can't skip backwards or forward, it allows us to make a webinar replay feel like a live event for the viewer while also creating a sense of urgency. ### 6. This is so, so helpful for longer form video which is so common with VSL's and webinar recordings. If you care about SPEED for your video load times (which is an absolutely critical conversion metric), then you really must be using something like Vidalytics. If you've been a cheapskate and just using YouTube embeds, you've always been at risk, but now you have conversion killing ad rolls inserted into your content. In a world where most of us are used to paying little to nothing to a video solution, it really doesn't make sense to leave yourself exposed, or have slow loading times destory your conversion rates when you have a platform like this available. Especially if youre sales letters or webinar recordings sell high ticket! Imagine if having a better, faster and more streamlined video experience brings you just ONE more sale? It should easily pay for itself many times over. **What do you dislike about Vidalytics?** Not much to really dislike about the platform, but one area I wish I had more skill at or more options existed has to do with customizng how the video player itself looks. It doesn't look bad by any stretch of the imagination, but I personally would make a few tweaks. **Recommendations to others considering Vidalytics:** If you're looking at Vidalytics as a zero cost way to host your videos, then you're likely coming at this from the wrong perspective. However, if you're looking for an extremely high quality video hosting solution that will help you convert more visitors into subscribers for a fair cost, without fearing being banned or having ads show up on your video then this is a first-class solution. **What problems is Vidalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving video for video sales letters, webinars and course content. YouTube can now show ads even on "non-monetized" videos, and Vimeo can be a fickle beast when using their services for high traffic sales letters. The field is narrow, and of the options Vidalytics is priced way more economically while providing some killer features vs say, Wistia, for example. ### 8. We run a lot of webinars, video content, VSLs for marketing, and more. Vidalyitics game us more control, data, and features than any other "Alternative" and the developers really know what works and what doesn't. There's a LOT of power under the hood of this if you use it right and its a core part of our tech stack. I highly recommend it to anyone that uses video in their business and kick Wistia or (God forbid) those embedded YT videos to the curb. **What do you dislike about Vidalytics?** Actually, I like almost everything about it. I have suggested a few features and the team is always responsive to development if there is a "Good Use Case" for it. **Recommendations to others considering Vidalytics:** If you are using Wistia, Vimeo, or YT to display, present and manage your video content, stop. Vidalytics put you back in control of your videos without all the BS. Its mobile handling, resume feature, the player controls management is phenomenal. If you want to track, manage and trigger events based on consumption then this is second to none. Plus the reduced cost of video hosting is saving use around 30-40k a year compared to Wistia. Stop scrolling, go check it out and see it in action... Seriously, go do it... They have the best analytics for marketing videos -- period. And a ton of unique features that aren't available anywhere else like Smart Autoplay and Count down timers. They also have several things that will save someone from bouncing while watching your video, since it works when the video is paused. They're all called 'Exit' this or that. Like Exit Call to Actions, Exit Play Gates and Exit Thumbnails. You can't get these anywhere else. It's awesome. But even the stuff that other players have, Vidalytics does better by giving you more control over the copy, colors, and the settings of how the features behave… Which add up to better conversions and more revenue for you. **What do you dislike about Vidalytics?** Honestly, there is nothing I don't like. **What problems is Vidalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I sell courses, trainings and consulting via videos on my website. This is super useful if you're like me and want to split test the hell out of everything. A lot of the other video solutions I've tried don't really give you the insights you need to optimize your videos for conversion. 2 - There are a lot of little features all designed to boost conversions like exit CTAs, countdown timers etc. It all adds up. The one that made the biggest difference for me was the smart autoplay which autoplays the video with or without sound, based on whether the user's browser will block autoplay-with-sound or not. **What do you dislike about Vidalytics?** I ran into some small issues when you have multiple videos on the same page (like testimonial videos below the fold etc). But I got them resolved in the end, support was pretty helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Vidalytics:** Have a play around with all the functionality before recording your video. There's a lot of cool little things you can do to boost conversions, and you'll want to script your video accordingly to take advantage of them. **What problems is Vidalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now I'm mostly using it for VSLs and on my landing pages.
