1. They try to oversell even to the existing premium users.

2. Only 50 image uploads are allowed for premium users. If you want to upload more then, you need to upgrade

"For All Non-Graphic Designers!"

What do you like best about Venngage?

This program has SO many templates to choose from. I've been using it for almost two years, and I have yet not to find what I'm looking for. I have to use media tools for my job but have no graphic design skills whatsoever. It was also great because my company is a small non-profit, and we received a 50% discount on the annual price for each employee. We only had to go through a few small steps one time. What do you dislike about Venngage?

Sometimes I wish there were more tools to use when you're in the document you're creating. But that's minor. It really does have most of the features you need to make the graphic your own. Another item to note is that there are limited font styles. Those it has are nice, but sometimes I wish there were more options to choose from. One other feature I wish it had was telling the user what size the page is on the template gallery. Several times I have chosen an option because I like the way it looks, only to find that the page size is wrong and I have to take the time to make everything smaller to fit the page size I need. If you're looking for a program to help with graphic design, presentations, posters, flyers, etc., look no further. Venngage has everything that you'd need to use to create professional-looking designs. What problems is Venngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Venngage gives me all of those tools to make my media look professional without starting from scratch. The amount of time it saves my coworkers and me is a definite money-saver for my agency. My agency is in the behavioral health field, and Venngage allows us to focus on our work, rather than taking the time to have to create things or hire someone to do this for us. That would take considerably more time and effort. It gives us beautiful and current-looking options to choose from and it makes it incredibly simple to make into our own documents. "Be careful - limited exploratory usage can set you back $19"

What do you like best about Venngage?

There were several colorful templates organized by topic—definitely a good product for attention-grabbing cover pages and graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Venngage?

On closer inspection, many templates were the same. I also found it a little difficult to edit for my purposes, which inlcuded being able to show more detailed analysis, for example, placing excel data in the file. Further, if you wanted to download in an editable manner, such as into Powerpoint which is offered in beta production, you had to upgrade beyond the $19 charge to a more costly business plan. Further, there were constant mailbots asking me to upgrade. I then went to cancel the subscription and the refund has been refused, after three emails explaining my situation. I understand Venngage wishes to grow their business, but this is not the way to do it. They should be trying to develop fans, not frustrated business people exploring this new product. I believe the Customer Service personnel should be empowered to do the right thing. If this poor customer service had not happend, I would have tapped this product from time to time for catch graphics. Now instead, I am steering clear and using products such as Canva. Finally, we have a tool designed for an armature to create appealing graphics. The interactive UI of the platform makes it very easy for anyone to use this tool. Even with my background as a designer and programmer, I found it to be clunky, nonintuitive and difficult to use. No phone support available and wasted hours upon hours trying to get help for a simple task. Oh, and beware if you ever want to try to close your account? Watch out, they don't make it easy. I have been using a tool called Visme for a very long time. A friend of mine suggested using Venngage since it was cost-effective.
