What do you dislike about Vendisys? Me, actually. I wish I had really considered my message before starting the engagement. They generate good quality hard-to-reach leads. Many of our customers are hard to reach and Vendisys was able to penetrate their wall of protection. Reaching real prospects was out biggest challenge. Our sales pipeline was not barren, but it was not jam-packed. And the leads we did have were less than ideal. Vendisys changed all that and our revived revenue stream is proof. There are many upsides to using Vendisys - taking the manual labor from prospecting gives us other areas to focus our efforts while the bot is doing the work. We are able to have many different campaigns live at once so we are able to touch more prospects. Also they deliver PALs that turn into revenue. We have long sales cycles so it is nice to have the bot doing a lot of the nurturing for us. Nick, AVP Sales at Vendisys, is always helpful anytime we have questions or need guidance. The only thing I would say we dislike is sometimes the bot routes the emails to prospects out of the US which is our target area. I know this is something they are improving as well. Vendisys takes the time to understand your business and its specific needs. I like that if a lead isn't a fit they are quick to acknowledge that and make adjustments. The system where Vendisys contact leads through LinkedIn is great but since the person/system sending the communication doesn't throughly understand the type of leads I'm looking for, several of them were not a fit and yet the prospect already committed to a meeting. Recommendations to others considering Vendisys: My recommendation would be to spend more time at the beginning of the process, you'll get better results right away compared to having to go back and modify your content. IT WORKS!" 5/5 What do you like best about Vendisys? Vendisys does all of the work for every single lead. The only work I do is telling the customer I would love to give them a demo of our platform. Filing the pipeline with multiple sources of leads is the most difficult part of my job, Vendisys gives me a source of leads that doesn't require any work on my part. I like the quality of the leads as measured by how well they convert to pipeline and revenue. It is a very efficient program for us as compared to other sources of leads. I also like that Vendisys works closely with my BDRs to ensure a smooth flow of leads to the right people and that they are properly trained on how to follow-up with the leads. They have been very responsive to our needs and requests, as well as feedback from my BDRs on the leads they have received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Vendisys? On occasion, we have accidentally emailed current customers or companies with whom we are already engaged. Managing suppressions is key, but can be difficult when companies employ multiple domains. This will drive some complaints from internal owners of those accounts, but Vendisys has been responsive in removing those from our campaigns in a timely manner. They provide a steady source of quality leads for our inbound BDR teams to qualify and pass on to our AEs. These teams often deal with low-quality, first hand raise leads, so providing them with a source that converts well is good for team morale.
