I wish I had really considered my message before starting the engagement. Vendisys helped me correct the message but I wish I had it correct form the beginning. **What problems is Vendisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** They generate good quality hard-to-reach leads. Many of our customers are hard to reach and Vendisys was able to penetrate their wall of protection. Reaching real prospects was out biggest challenge. They really delivered the deals. ### 2. And once you’re up and running, the bots are amazing when it comes to connecting with prospects and getting them in the door. **What do you dislike about Vendisys?** There’s no way you can’t like Vendisys!! **What problems is Vendisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our sales pipeline was not barren, but it was not jam-packed. We are able to have many different campaigns live at once so we are able to touch more prospects. Also they deliver PALs that turn into revenue. We have long sales cycles so it is nice to have the bot doing a lot of the nurturing for us. Nick, AVP Sales at Vendisys, is always helpful anytime we have questions or need guidance. **What do you dislike about Vendisys?** The only thing I would say we dislike is sometimes the bot routes the emails to prospects out of the US which is our target area. I know this is something they are improving as well. **Recommendations to others considering Vendisys:** Try It! **What problems is Vendisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems we are solving with Vendisys is building more brand name awareness while putting us in front of excellent prospects. The benefits we have realized is the bot is able to do more work simultaneously than a team of BDRs. ### 5. I like that if a lead isn't a fit they are quick to acknowledge that and make adjustments. **What do you dislike about Vendisys?** The system where Vendisys contact leads through LinkedIn is great but since the person/system sending the communication doesn't throughly understand the type of leads I'm looking for, several of them were not a fit and yet the prospect already committed to a meeting. Also, I don't like it when they schedule a specific time without confirming that with me first. **Recommendations to others considering Vendisys:** My recommendation would be to spend more time at the beginning of the process, you'll get better results right away compared to having to go back and modify your content. **What problems is Vendisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like having someone proactively reaching out to prospects on my behalf. As a result of going through the exercise of defining our ideal customer, it's helped to fine-tune our marketing. ### 6. Vendisys is PURE MAGIC... The only work I do is telling the customer I would love to give them a demo of our platform. They come to me ready and willing to look closely at the product. They are interested in seeing how we can help them. **What do you dislike about Vendisys?** I don't see any downside to using Vendisys in any way. It is reasonably priced and the customers just show up in my mailbox every week. **Recommendations to others considering Vendisys:** Don't wait, you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. **What problems is Vendisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filing the pipeline with multiple sources of leads is the most difficult part of my job, Vendisys gives me a source of leads that doesn't require any work on my part. It's a simply amazing artificial intelligence. ### 7. It is a very efficient program for us as compared to other sources of leads. I also like that Vendisys works closely with my BDRs to ensure a smooth flow of leads to the right people and that they are properly trained on how to follow-up with the leads. They have been very responsive to our needs and requests, as well as feedback from my BDRs on the leads they have received. **What do you dislike about Vendisys?** On occasion, we have accidentally emailed current customers or companies with whom we are already engaged. Managing suppressions is key, but can be difficult when companies employ multiple domains. This will drive some complaints from internal owners of those accounts, but Vendisys has been responsive in removing those from our campaigns in a timely manner. **What problems is Vendisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide a steady source of quality leads for our inbound BDR teams to qualify and pass on to our AEs. These teams often deal with low-quality, first hand raise leads, so providing them with a source that converts well is good for team morale. As a company, we derive excellent cost per pipeline and cost per revenue from this program. ### 8.
