## Vectera Reviews
  ### 1. Vectera: video conferences in the right direction but prices are too high..

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabrizio M. | OPERATORE ANTINCENDIO - OSPEDALE PEDIATRICO BAMBINO GESù, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

The hospital company I work for is always looking for new software that can be installed on the PCs, so we tried a video conference with Vectera and the website's graphics are very beautiful, smooth, and functional. Additionally, I really appreciated the fact that every recording is saved. During the video conference, I had no connection issues, and it was very easy to share PDF and DOC files. External links also open smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

The thing I liked least about Vectera is that they offer a 13-day trial for the test version, which is very annoying. Additionally, it is also mentioned that if a subscription is not made by that date, all saved video conferences on the Vectera site are deleted. I find it very annoying because almost all websites offer a 30-day trial to test their product. Furthermore, I had difficulty connecting with the provided link as it resulted in an error; I had to clear the cookies and cache to be able to connect, which needs to be resolved.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when using Vectera in video conferences, the login with Google's API for calendar access is very convenient. Usually, some websites similar to Vectera have issues and show errors. It's very convenient because it gives you the list of video conferences through Google Calendar. I find this very useful.

  ### 2. Simple, Client-Friendly Meetings—But Needs Deeper Customization and Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

The best aspect which I like in this Vectera platform is its simplicity and their client friendly meeting experience it also allows us to have an instant browser based meetings without requiring any participants to install this filter application which overall makes the clients and external stakeholders on boarding easier the virtual meeting room screen sharing collaborative whiteboarding and scheduled integrations creates a very smooth experience for consultations demos and even are remote collaborative sessions this overall platform is professional and yet feels lightweight.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

Some advanced enterprise level collaborative features feels more limited in this platform when compared with other larger meeting platforms their interface is clean but there is still certain improvement needs to be done in terms of deeper customization and analytics also occasionally connection quality is bit dependent on the browser performance and network stability during the longer sessions.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps us by simplifying virtual meetings and customer interactions by removing the insulation barriers and centralising collaboration tools in one place. It also helps us by improving our meeting accessibility for clients, which highly reduces the friction for setup and overall it made our online consultations very effective through integrated scheduling and shared workspace in real time.

  ### 3. Effortless Browser-Based Guest Meetings, No Downloads Needed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

My favorite feature is the no-download, browser-only meeting rooms for external guests. Most of my guests are freelance bloggers, independent researchers and small advertisers who don't want to install new software or create accounts just to join a short interview. I only need to send a simple web link, and they can jump into the conversation right away. This drastically reduces technical troubleshooting before each meeting, and we no longer waste 10 to 15 minutes per call dealing with login issues. I also love being able to create separate branded meeting spaces for different scenarios. I set up one dedicated room for content creator interviews and another for performance review calls with our editorial team. Each room keeps its own shared files and meeting recordings, so our audience research data and editorial briefs stay neatly organized. Stable screen sharing is another huge plus for my role as a digital analytics specialist. When I pull up Mach5 Analyzer traffic charts and content performance tables, the screen share stays smooth without lag, so I can mark up low-retention articles and discuss optimization plans without interruptions. The built-in call recording works reliably, so I don't have to frantically jot down notes while interviewing market experts, and I can replay conversations later to organize feedback. I also like the private file sharing inside each meeting room, where I can upload CSV datasets and spreadsheets directly instead of switching between email and video software, which keeps conversations focused. Best of all, the whole platform stays lightweight and focused on client-facing video calls, with no bloated enterprise features we'll never use. For our small team with no dedicated IT staff, I can set up meetings, upload data spreadsheets and manage call archives all by myself. Setting up Vectera was straightforward and required almost no technical knowledge — I finished creating our account and building meeting rooms in less than an hour without any help, branded each space with our logo, and set up default waiting rooms. User access management was simple for our small team, with no complicated enterprise settings to navigate. It cuts down meeting preparation time significantly and keeps communication smooth with our external collaborators.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

The main thing I run into is the limited editing options for meeting recordings. I can only save the full video file directly, and there's no built-in trimming or clipping tool inside Vectera. After I finish blogger interviews or strategy talks, I have to download the whole video and open it in third-party software to cut out long pauses and off-topic conversations. This adds extra work every time I prepare key takeaways for the editorial team. The file upload size inside meeting rooms is also quite restricted. When I want to share large CSV audience datasets and multi-page spreadsheets during calls, some larger files get rejected, so I end up sharing cloud storage links through FileRun instead, which breaks the flow of our live data reviews. Vectera also has no native analytics dashboard, so I have to pull all my performance data from Mach5 Analyzer. One more small thing during setup: there was no one-click import option to migrate our scheduled meetings from Microsoft Teams, so I had to recreate upcoming interview appointments manually and resend the new links to external contributors one by one.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vectera eliminates the hassle of getting external guests set up since they just open a browser link, so we no longer waste 10-15 minutes troubleshooting logins. Reliable screen sharing lets me show analytics data mid-meeting, recording saves rushed notes, and in-room file sharing keeps calls focused. It cuts meeting prep time.

  ### 4. Streamlined Video Conferencing with Effortless Access

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

I love Vectera's ultra-simple guest access feature the most, as it allows guests to join meetings directly via a browser without downloading any software or signing up for an account. This feature is especially helpful for conducting interviews with regular customers and external respondents who might not be familiar with professional business tools, as they can join quickly and without any technical hurdles. I also appreciate Vectera's clean and distraction-free interface, which keeps essential functions like video, audio, screen sharing, and meeting controls without clutter, allowing me and my interviewees to stay fully focused during conversations. Moreover, Vectera impresses me with its stable audio and video performance, maintaining reliable connectivity throughout long calls, which is vital for capturing complete customer opinions in-depth interviews without experiencing freezing or lag. These attributes together make Vectera my go-to video conferencing tool for market research and team collaboration at our agency.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

Its meeting scheduling and calendar integration are quite basic. Right now, I can only create meeting links manually and send them out one by one. Vectera does not offer native integration with mainstream calendar applications we use in the office. When arranging a batch of sequential interviews with different respondents, I have to create meetings, copy links and set reminders separately in our calendar system. There is no way to sync meeting times, guest information and reminders automatically. This leads to extra manual work and occasionally increases the risk of scheduling conflicts. A stronger calendar sync function would help me organize multiple interview sessions more systematically and ensure neither myself nor the interviewees miss arranged calls.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vectera solves unreliable connections and disruptive glitches in customer interviews, simplifies guest access with web links, removes excessive features for quick operations, and ensures intuitive controls for collaborative work.

  ### 5. Vectera Makes Virtual Meetings Simple, Seamless, and Professional

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

What I like best about Vectera is its simplicity and convenience in managing virtual meetings and client communication. The platform provides an all-in-one experience with scheduling, video conferencing, screen sharing, and client collaboration tools in a very user-friendly interface.

I especially appreciate how easy it is to organize meetings without requiring complicated setups or downloads for clients. The calendar integration, meeting room customization, and smooth communication flow help save time and improve professionalism. Overall, Vectera makes online collaboration more efficient, seamless, and organized.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

One area where Vectera could improve is in offering more advanced customization and integration options. While the platform is simple and easy to use, some features can feel limited for teams with more complex workflows or larger collaboration needs.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ectera solves the challenge of managing virtual meetings, client communication, and scheduling through a single streamlined platform. Instead of using multiple tools for video calls, appointment booking, screen sharing, and collaboration, Vectera brings everything together in one place.

This benefits me by saving time, reducing operational complexity, and making communication more organized and professional.

  ### 6. Effortless Meetings with Persistent Workspaces

  ### 7. Revolutionized B2B Sales Demos with Interactive Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stankovi dsgd S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

I really like Vectera's interactive collaboration features, which are truly a game-changer for our B2B SaaS/retail tech business. Unlike Zoom or Google Meet, Vectera allows us to co-create and edit with our U.S. prospects and clients in real-time during sales demos and onboarding sessions. This turns what used to be passive simple sharing into dynamic, hands-on interactions. The platform eliminates the need to switch between multiple tools for whiteboarding and document sharing. It brings frictionless and trust-building collaborative problem-solving into our high-stakes virtual meetings. Another thing I appreciate about Vectera is how the setup was exceptionally fast, intuitive, and required low effort, particularly for our distributed team across eight states.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

I don't like that Vectera’s Zapier app has limited triggers and no U.S.-sales-specific actions, which limits no-code automation for our lean team.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vectera to enhance U.S. B2B sales demos with interactive collaboration tools, eliminating tool switching and creating co-creative experiences. It replaces passive demos with active engagement, avoids sharing credentials, and streamlines our process, especially important for our distributed, lean sales team.

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

the best thing about vectera is its degree of customization in meetings and control over the meeting. the feature of scheduling calls is so transitive. really helped me alot

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

there could be more of options in video feature other than that everything is good...

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving the problem of analyzing projects online with smooth transitions

  ### 27. Vectera Video Application Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit K. | DevOps Engineer ( GCM -2 ), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

Vectera Video Conferencing Application is unique in its field. It helps to connect to consultants and various other people as required. It had allowed us to schedule meetings and give us the best experience in video quality and sound quality.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

We didn't like its UI design which was not as easy while using the application. We even tried to simplify it, but it wasn't easy. Overall, its features were great to use, like a whiteboard, analyzing the data, and much more.

**Recommendations to others considering Vectera:**

I highly recommend using Vectera in terms of overall experience, but UI Design needs to be improved as such

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vectera is helping us to connect to consultants and give us some suggestions on our product as required. We were pretty happy with the feedback we received and were able to analyze the data and evaluate it further.

  ### 28. Modern and efficient way to collaborate with team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pawan M. | Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

The best part of the software is that it does not require a client to be fully functional, unlike another collaboration tools.
Anybody can join a meeting as per the setting and can be a presenter.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

At this moment, there are no flaws in this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Vectera:**

A perfect solution to interact with clients without compromising enterprise security. Also, It gives the same level of access to everybody if setup properly.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to remote working, the collaboration problem is solved. we can use both Video, Audio, whiteboard, and Image at the same time without the need to install the software unlike other tools.

  ### 29. Experience in using Vectera for Group Meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raj S. | Back End Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

Vectera is very simple and easy to use. There are a lot of options available for setting up a meeting. The meetings can be easily synced with calendars. The technical support team is very good and helps in resolving any issues very quickly. There is also a whiteboard that can be used to write or scribble anything during the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

I would like to have PayPal for payments in the future and also a mobile application as it becomes difficult sometimes when a laptop or a computer is not accessible. It would be beneficial if the number of participants joining a meeting in the free version is increased, which is currently just 6.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vectera helps in having online meetings and virtual group discussions. It helps to track our progress and do the planning accordingly. We get to know if anyone is facing any issues and how everyone is performing their tasks.

  ### 30. A great tool for video meetings and collaborations with team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh V. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

It is quite intuitive and easy to use. The layout is easy on the eyes and there are plenty of options and settings to suit anyone

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

It works only with Chrome browser and chrome seems to be consuming lot of memory, making it tough to use at times

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a good alternative to other expensive tools in the market. Also, whiteboard and co-browsing enables much better team collaborations

  ### 31. Great for meets with colleagues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

I like the ability to meet anytime anywhere without physically being there especially great for social distancing

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

Nothing I think it works great eventually they can make the platform a little easier to use if not tech savy.

**Recommendations to others considering Vectera:**

I recommend using vector to connect with others via video great during covid

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had problems connecting before I've realized when I'm connected everything works well.

  ### 32. Vectera is a great browser-based video conferencing and collaboration platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | Founder/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

Vectera is a browser-based video conferencing platform, that allows you to have multiple "meeting rooms." Each meetig room is assigned it's own URL. Within each room you have the option to upload files, take notes on a shared or private whiteboard, etc. So you can keep assets specific to one client, team or person isolated from others all within the same account. Meeting rooms can be made private or public - you can make it so that certain invitees need to "knock" to be allowed in even if they have the link, or they can just come right in. It's worked very well for my businesses to allow me to speak with team members and clients and to incorporate file sharing and note-taking and of course, screen sharing. Up until very recently there was a limit of 6 people at one time, but Vectera just upgraded their platform to allow for up to 10 people in a meeting room at a time. Obviously this is not going to bust up Zoom or Microsoft Teams, but it is a great alternative that does not require downloading a client.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

The only thing that I don't like about Vectera is that, depending on your computer, it can use up a lot of CPU and slow down your computer BIG TIME. If you're using a newer machine or a tablet or other mobile device, I've not noticed the same issues. But just beware that it can be taxing on system resources depending on what you've got under the hood on the device that you're using.

**Recommendations to others considering Vectera:**

Definitely worth trying out if you don't need to have very large meetings with many people.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vectera has allowed me to conduct daily meetings with my partner and team members. We only need to share the meeting room link once and then whoever is invited to that room can access it with the same URL every time. There's no need to send reminders about the meeting room ID or password like other platforms. Being browser based makes it easy and intuitive.

  ### 33. Intuitive, useful and efficient interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

I find it very comfortable to use it for video calls, it is practical for marginal annotations, transmitting ideas, its interface is beautiful and it is great for teamwork

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

Lacks speed. There are times when it is a very slow or heavy application, at times it gets stuck, in general I don't have anything important that I don't like, I plan to continue using it,

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to organize business trips, we define itineraries, budget, date of plane tickets, hotels, special needs, I am more productive since I use the application, since I organize trips in less time

  ### 34. Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

easy to utilize and train new staff on the program.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

could be a bit more faster to operate.
feedback usually not taken in a positive way!
they must accept feedback to improve the system

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is a efficient and effective system. good program for a long term solutions.
results have been met with the system but as mentioned earlier must accept feedback to improve their system

  ### 35. Superb scheduling and video-conferencing platform with unique features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jurgen P. | Director Strategic Initiatives and Marketing Communications (TME), Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

Compared to Skype, FaceTime, Zoom Webex, and the like, Vectera does convince with ease of use for all parties taking part in the online meeting. Granted, the video quality is not on the same level as Zoom or FaceTime, but Vectera is far more reliable and hasn't cut out on me once. The ability to sync with calendars and schedule appointments is easily setup. What I liked most, though, is the whiteboard functionality and document annotations. Vectera works without any annoying downloads or installations (Cisco, Zoom, Skype, anyone?) right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

There're a couple of improvements, though, and I've already highlighted them with the development team, which I found somewhat responsive and open to suggestions. One of the things I'm missing is, for example, the ability to conduct a meeting offline. Rather than online video, I'd like to provide the client with a phone number to call. Right there in the invite that's sent out once a meeting is scheduled as a phone call and not a video conference. This isn't possible with Vectera, and I can't wait for this small add-on to get implemented.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a solution that provided both scheduling functionality and video-conferencing capabilities. The problem is that most providers have either the ability to assist with scheduling of meetings or cover the online meeting part. Vectera does both with bravura and throws in a couple of unique features that make it stand out.

  ### 36. Vectera Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurav J. | Senior Technical Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

Highly customisable metting rooms with powerful collaboration

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

Thing I dislike is that they don't have the ability to have the person call in using a phone

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefit is like with zoom we can only have a 40 minute meeting for free if you have more than one person but not the case with Vectera. So it's really helpful

  ### 37. It allows me to communicate with my clients in a fairly easy, simple and professional way

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

It allows me to communicate with my clients in a fairly easy, simple and professional way, since it has several functions that allow me to explain in a much more didactic and striking way what I am exposing to my clients, I am impressed with the quality of the calls, the real image that is very clear and sharp at all times, configuring it for use is quite simple, nothing to do with slow and cumbersome processes that waste time, its drawing tools are very practical to when it comes to making eye-catching designs while we're on the same call, not to mention the fact that it allows us to share our screen if necessary to further improve the experience of our listeners if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

I would like it to have integrated more payment options to cancel its services, such as Paypal, it is a payment platform recognized worldwide and they do not accept payments in this way, in addition to the fact of having a limit of 6 people in I find the same conversation disappointing, I think it is necessary to improve the number of attendees immediately

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been very useful for me to make the presentations of my products and services to my clients, since many times when I decide to make a personal meeting, an unforeseen event arises for both the client and me, which led me to reschedule the appointment and have a whole delay in my schedule, but with this tool it is a matter of simply specifying a time in which we both have availability and each person from the comfort of their home or office can attend the meeting that was scheduled without having to postpone it to another day, it's a pretty handy tool really ...

  ### 38. Vectera It is an Excellent Service It has helped us a lot.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark A. R. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

The best thing about Vectera is that a simple link contains all the material for your section with a client or student, nobody else will be able to enter, all your information remains there, and it is very easy to navigate even for new people who have never used it. One of the best neighbor features is that sometimes Skype does not work in the Middle East, the difference is that Vectera works everywhere. I am satisfied with Vectera and I love being able to create virtual meeting rooms so that my clients can enter whenever they want.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

Vectera It is an excellent service. however there is something that bothers me about Vectera and I hope that solutions. And it is that at the time of the videoconference when I connect with enough people my computer tends to slow down apparently it absorbs a lot of energy. There are also times when the neighbor gets quiet and stops rationing the audio calls are very limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Vectera:**

Vectera is really an excellent service what I recommend to all users. Very easy and reliable to use. Vectera has really helped us develop

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vectera is very good. It has taught us how to train I use it from the initial development, and the developers are very good at updating it and making it work even better. Vectera is very good and reliable. We also make use of a neighbor for videoconferencing with customers and attend them briefly. since the neighbor's service is very good
