What do you like best about vatpay?

VatPay not only has very effective tools for team collaboration like projects and time tracking, but also has great reporting tools as well. The platform also has built-in billing and invoicing tools. This is the first end-to-end platform for managing your projects, converting billable hours into invoices and paying your independent contractors all in one spot. The application is highly intuitive and very user friendly and I strongly recommend it to all SMEs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vatpay?

The project billing part of the application is good. It would be nice to have a scheduling system to book appointments with clients and capture them as part of the project artifacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is vatpay solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a perfect solution for small and mid-sized enterprises looking for end-to-end project billing software that enhance collaboration. Most project management and time tracking software will have A/R. We sampled a lot of applications and VatPay is the only software we found that allows you to pay your independent contractors while collaborating with them on projects. What do you like best about vatpay?

I just had a zoom meeting with Kelvin &, oh boy, it was scheduled for a 30 minutes meeting but it last 1 hour: he took his time to show me all the features I didn't knew about. I was already happy to grab this software in the first place. There's even new features like project management that we didn't even have enough time to talk about, but I will play around to discover it. And if I'm stuck Kelvin told me to reach out to him for help or feed back. To wrap this up: go grab your Vatpay subscription, this software tool is intuitive; simple of use; nice UI & UX; very versatile & complete as a Swiss knife, you won't regret it ! What do you dislike about vatpay?

None: I don't have negative comments because I didn't find any major flaws. This software is constantly adding new features & are asking for feedback so they can fix any issues, that's why I'm not worrying about anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is vatpay solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the meeting with Kelvin, all the case scenarios I submit to him, he showed me how to solve these: for example how to make a business proposal using "estimate" feature, or how to copy/paste the link of an invoice into the browser so the client can process a purchase using credit card or Stripe or PayPal & much more...
