
I’m the head of e-commerce at an e-commerce company. Vasterra updates our homepage by creating and uploading different banners on the website. They also help us update our content and provide technical support every time we face an IT issue. Moreover, the team works with us when we want to introduce new site features, such as online chat availability.
Sometimes, we send them some creative requests that help us be more client-oriented and provide better services. For instance, in our online chat feature, we want customers to have choices in terms of communication channels. End-users can either chat with us via the website or through our Telegram channel. Given this, Vasterra has worked to integrate the two channels on the website. In case we encounter issues related to such features, we contact them.
Moreover, we give them different tasks all the time. Every week, we update the website for special activities like Black Friday sales. In fact, this coming New Year, we’re going to create a special banner on the website.
