What do you dislike about IT Services India?

Building a mobile app requires a complicated process, so any issue I could highlight is almost unavoidable on these projects. There's nothing I would have IT Services lndia to improve. What problems is IT Services India solving and how is that benefiting you?

IT Services lndia is helping us develop an iOS and Android mobile app with booking and payment processing capabilities from scratch. It uses Stripe as the third-party payment processing technology.

Initially, I had a conversation with IT Services lndia about the project, during which we conducted an initial requirement scoping that kicked-off a detailed requirement-gathering process with myself, my team, and IT Services lndia's team. The initial discovery process took about two months.

Now, IT Services lndia is building the app, which has been quite a complex app to develop because it has three different interface profiles. Therefore, IT Services lndia has done a lot of intense user mapping for our three different customer bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IT Services India?

IT Services India’s communication skills have set them apart from the competition. They always make me feel like our project is a priority, even though we’re not their only client. Our old software company would take 3–5 days to respond to our emails, but IT Services India responds to all communications in 3–4 hours. What problems is IT Services India solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an existing scheduling software system, but it was incredibly limited and didn’t have any room to grow and we needed scheduling software that could fit our needs and scale up as our company continues to grow. IT Services India developed a unique web-based scheduling software for our business. We provided data from our previous calendar for IT Services India to build upon, but their team essentially built the entire software from scratch. They were originally working in an SQL database with an open API, but I am not certain the specific software IT Services India completed development in. So far, it’s been easier to scale up our business, and we have gone from 70 employees. The new platform was required to deliver a significant improvement in time/cost to market when onboarding specialty products to a digital platform. This required a config-only approach, where products are defined in data rather than software code.

Our first request was for IT Services lndia to consult on the product we wanted to develop. The team conducted a needs assessment and product development process to determine what solution we required to build to meet our customers' needs. IT Services lndia as instrumental in determining what our product would be and its requirements. The team then identified the project's milestones to develop the product at certain cost levels.

IT Services lndia delivered a clickable prototype and a POC for an iOS app so we could showcase our concept to potential investors. The team worked on Figma and React Native. Afterward, we added a few development resources to augment our teams and support us. They worked with our team to streamline the projects, translate them, and manage them through the lifecycle and testing.

We were launching a new product to an entirely new category of consumer, much removed from our traditional audience. IT Services India helped to design and build a website that brought our new product to life, tell the brand story, and allow us to implement CRM and some social media integration. A website was required to launch a new product for a target consumer that was not aware of the product category or have any existing knowledge of the product category. The website needed to be appealing, educational, fun and interactive.

A rough plan for layout was submitted to IT Services India, along with design assets and inspiration, and they supplied a mock-up for the full site along with explanations of user experience. Our current website had outlived its shelf life, we needed a new site that was more scalable and offered a much better user experience. After defining our objectives for the new website, we went through a detailed multi-step process to begin the project. This began with a discovery phase which entailed an in-depth brand questionnaire, review of our website/search/web performance data, competitor analysis and technical audit of our existing site to identify any issues that may have needed addressing. From there we proceeded to the web design and creative phase of the project, where IT Services India designed our web and mobile user interfaces and accepted a large quantity of feedback from various stakeholders involved with the project. Once the design was approved, IT Services India quickly moved into the development phase. This involved the development of a custom website built on WordPress, integration with our online menu provider and extensive work with their API. Lastly, IT Services India conducted a technical SEO audit, quality assurance tests and CMS training for our team before helping us plan for our final launch. We wanted to create a website that not only better reflected our company, but to also act as a hub for all our marketing endeavors, and be fully integrated with our CRM systems. IT Services India walked us through the entire process. Initially, we went through a discovery process, where they laid the foundational concepts for the build. From there they created mock-ups based upon the discovery phase. Then a build phase, and finally delivery. We are currently being supported by them. At the time of writing, we have received positive feedback on the aesthetics, speed, layout, and logic of the site. It is too soon to comment on performance metrics and we are still making adjustments and tweaking, so a true picture cannot be given now.
