What do you like best about Userlytics?

Userlytics allows us to receive user feedback on products instantly. A typical process would involve pitching multiple research agencies, reviewing their pitches, signing a contract, fielding participants, etc. At least a 2-month process.

"Solid, with a great variety of tests that can be conducted"

What do you like best about Userlytics?

My Customer Success Manager is brilliant. They have continually sought to implement feedback we've given and find ways to help us build upon any projects we've been doing, adding to their value.

They have 10+ self service tests and have added to their assortment, especially ones we've requested. It's fairly easy to use and integrates well with prototype platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userlytics?

They've continually been behind the curve on visualising the data and this is something I've fed back to them openly. However they plan to make a significant improvement in 2025. So the jury is out on this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast & informative"

What do you like best about Userlytics?

The amount of customization and control is remarkable. They provide you with a wide array of templates for tasks, questions and any user ratings you can think of.. all of which can be modified to your specific needs.

The ease of use and virtual lack of any meaningful learning curve was amazing. Also, the speed in which we received our results (in 24hr) was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise.

We plan on performing another market test study with Userlytics in a couple of weeks, and having learned how to best use their platform, I'm convinced this session will be even more productive than the first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userlytics?

Honestly, the platform does exactly what it sets out to achieve.

"Great platform for a team wanting to run usability test"

What do you like best about Userlytics?

The platform keeps all tests very organized, which is great for a team or a company using the product at an enterprise level. "It's so rare for a company to give you a consistent point of contact"

What do you like best about Userlytics?

How many times have you gotten the call or email, "Hi, I'm Gloria, and I'm going to be taking over the customer service on your account..."? It seems like every few months another new person is going to intimately know your needs and your business.

The exact opposite has been true with Userlytics. We've dealt with the same knowledgeable, responsive, low-pressure professional since day one.

"Good experience with the existing features, but missing features compared to concurrents"

What do you like best about Userlytics?

Saved videos, nice tools that help the analysis, good customer support, the platform is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userlytics?

The transcription has a lot of problems when the person has an accent, and since it's used in the IA analysis we can't trust the analysis and we can't use it. The videos given are very small when the test is on mobile in landscape mode, it's very hard to analyse. Also there are missing features compared to the conccurents (playtestcloud) I'm frustrated to not be able to to multi-session tests, which means test with the same person multiple times, or longitudinal study, a test that lasts multiple days with the same person. What do you like best about Userlytics?
