**What do you like best about Userlist?**

I love that Userlist allows me to track my recipients data so that I know if they read my email

**What do you dislike about Userlist?**

I wish that the app was a little more user-friendly. Some of the features are not fortuitous.

**What problems is Userlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Userlist customer platform does a great job of resolving and guide when needed

**What do you like best about Userlist?**

Userlist helps in segmentation of your product users based on their product usage. 

On identified segement of users, Userlist helps to launch targeted marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Userlist?**

The price of basic plan seems to be slightly expensive for early SaaS companies.

**What problems is Userlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps in segementation and targeted communication for your product users.
