**What do you like best about Upvoit?**

The support that I receive is outstanding. The software is so intuitive that no real training is necessary.

**What do you dislike about Upvoit?**

There is nothing I can think of that makes me dislike Upvoit.

**What problems is Upvoit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was having such a hard time keeping up with my company's receivables and my technician's payroll using the software platform for my field service business. I spoke with at least 25 different companies telling me how their software would change my life if I would pay $20,000.00 up front plus monthly fees or pay a little per tech, anywhere from $25.00 to $100.00 per user, and they still did not meet what I needed or wanted. Thankfully, I found Upvoit. From the admins to the engineers, they figured me out and actually changed the program to fit my needs. They went through my company to make sure it would be a good fit, and on top of that, they did not empty my bank account along the way. I can now use one program to know where I stand with my company and with payroll, up to the minute. If anyone is facing issues with their platform, definitely call Upvoit. I would trust no other.

**What do you like best about Upvoit?**

What I liked most about Upvoit is how streamlined and user-friendly it is. It made tracking work hours so much easier and more organized. The platform also updates in real time, which helps prevent errors and gives full visibility of our logged hours. Overall, it’s a great improvement compared to our previous process.

**What do you dislike about Upvoit?**

The only downside is the adjustment period during the initial transition, especially for users who were used to the old system. But once you get familiar with it, everything becomes simple and efficient.

**What problems is Upvoit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upvoit solves several issues we used to face with time tracking—mainly missed entries, manual errors, and lack of real-time visibility. Before, it was easy for hours to be forgotten or recorded incorrectly, which caused delays in payroll and extra back-and-forth communication.

With Upvoit, everything is organized in one place, updated instantly, and easy to review. This benefits us by ensuring accurate payroll, reducing confusion, and saving time for both technicians and management. It provides a smoother, more transparent workflow, making our day-to-day tasks much easier.
