UptimeObserver is simple to use, the support received has been excellent and also very fast which is what you want from a tech company!

Currently, I have seen no downsides to UptimeObserver.

It is allowing us to monitor our services and be alerted of any issues before anything major.

The monitors are easy to set up and use. The UptimeObserver team is helpful and quick to respond, and the plans feel generous compared to other uptime monitoring platforms.

Some features are not fully finished yet.

**What problems is UptimeObserver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use UptimeObserver to monitor the availability of both internal and external services. As a managed platform, UptimeObserver takes care of maintaining all the infrastructure dedicated to monitoring, while also providing features like multi-region monitoring, which would be more complicated for us to deliver if we were self-hosting a monitoring platform.

I like the Telegram notifications from UptimeObserver because if it was just an email, I'd probably ignore it. It lets me know when the website is down, so I can take action like restarting the server. The initial setup was pretty easy.
