UpRaise for Employee Success, is an app (previously called as add-on, plugin) for Atlassian's project management tool Jira. UpRaise extends Jira's powerful feature set for contextual employee performance management. It adds goal setting (objectives & key results), continuous feedback & performance reviews modules to Jira. With its primary focus being employee performance management, Employee Success brings true agility to the process through tight integration with Jira.

**What do you like best about UpRaise?**

It has many good features like OKR goals, team management etc. It is cloud-based and easily integrable with other apps

**What do you dislike about UpRaise?**

Nothing much. There is nothing to dislike about Upraise.

**What problems is UpRaise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perfomance management, better communication, project management, cost saving

**What do you like best about UpRaise?**

Team collaboration, their site is user friendly, real time feedback, OKRs.

**What do you dislike about UpRaise?**

Depending on need and company size, using on the server can be pricey

**Recommendations to others considering UpRaise:**

Start off with the trial if contemplating and there is always the option to contact them if your needs aren't being met to try to find a solution.

**What problems is UpRaise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started out using Jira awhile ago for project management and time keeping on projects and this is the next step up with being able to collaborate and communicate more effectively all in one space with teams.

**What do you like best about UpRaise?**

It is a crowd based cloud software.

Upraise is easy to connect with strategy execution and it brings about review process accuracy. 

It is easily intergratable.


Presence of customisable templates.

I love all about Upraise tool. It's an awesome tool to use.

It a gray tool to work with for high rated management performance. I would recommend

Presence of vustomisable templates to meed users needs.

Easy and affordable to start.

It's appealing aesthetically and has a lot of potential.

It's not intuitive and needs some more design/functionality work done.
