# Is there a way to track an asset and how much is spent on it?

I have a lot of assets that I apply my work orders to and would like to see how many work orders each one takes so I can determine whether it is worth fixing or replacing.

Hi Dylan! That's a great question and the answer is absolutely!

The best maintenance teams we know constantly make the mental decision of whether to replace or repair based on the purchase price, depreciated value, and cost of repair.

In UpKeep you can track warranties, purchase price, and depreciation in real time!
