After going through the Airline Route Planning category on G2, I can say that your consistency bar is the correct instinct, and the blunt reality is that the category is too thin for reviews to carry a reliability verdict; a couple of data points can&#39;t tell you how a planner behaves under stress. For route planning specifically, the reliability that matters shows up during irregular operations, schedule disruption, reoptimization, and recovery, which is exactly the scenario reviewers almost never write about. 

That&#39;s why FL3XX&#39;s aligned-reviews signal, while real, still can&#39;t speak to the day the network melts down and the tool has to reflow. Since the public evidence runs out fast here, the stronger move is references from operators at a similar fleet and complexity, asking specifically how the system held up on their worst irregular-ops day.
