It is a reliable tool for WFM. **What do you dislike about UniVoIP?** One of the concerns that I came across using UniVoIP is that the caller ID does not always work when calling out, People complaines and distrust calls on occasions because it does not show the company's name. **What problems is UniVoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a reliable VoIP service integrates a business phone number for multiple users. It does what it is supposed to do: make and receive calls and texts. ### 2.
