It's affordable and pretty easy to use. Support is helpful when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Unitel Voice?**

I don't love how the text messaging works in the app but they solved my issues by allowing me to manage text messages via email.

**What problems is Unitel Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a business number on my cell phone and website. The phone system features are nice because I have a greeting for during business hours and one for after hours. Helps my small business (it's just me and one other person right now) sound more professional.

**What do you like best about Unitel Voice?**

Unitel Voice has been an outstanding partner for my business, MYKOS Business Consulting. From day one, their service has been incredibly easy to set up and even easier to use, which allowed me to stay focused on growing my business instead of managing phone systems.

I was having issues with setting up my account sent in an email and was immediately greeted with a gentleman name Frank S he helped me and was extremely kind and understanding on my busy schedule. I really appreciate his assistance great employee he deserves a raise.

No issues as of now all is well with the service

They are helping me with the flow of phone calls and phone traffic. It eliminates me having to hire a in-house office manager or secretary.

**What do you like best about Unitel Voice?**

A straight forwad VOIP easy to use and can teach your team the basics in just a few. there is no issues in being able to learn how to use the app.

**What do you dislike about Unitel Voice?**

The interface seems a bit outdated compared to the several options in the market and i do believe thats is an area they can capitalize on. There is not much to be able to explore on it nor the advanced features it is just a basic voip.

**What problems is Unitel Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we were in the market for a voip that is affordable and easy to use when setting up our SSO. Our main goal is to keep our remote team connected and ensure that our cxs are being able to connect to someone in an instant once calling in and ensuring tasks are taken care of.

I would say that this presented me an option of having a permanent phone number for my business. It was easy to set up, the customer support was excellent and it was super easy to integrate with my smartphone.

I don't have dislikes. I have not encountered issues.

I don't think it's solving a problem but offers me an option for a better phone system.

Frank was a huge help in getting us going with the proper settings and using all the features the platform has to offer. Big mahalo Frank!

We are a local real estate team that needed a phone number to put on our team signs. If a potential client calls the number on the sign, they can be directed to the correct agent.

**What do you like best about Unitel Voice?**

I own and manage a boutique PR and Communications firm and wanted a professional answering service and business phone number, without the cost of a full-scale answering service. I searched several options before finding UniTel and so far, it has been the perfect solution for what I am looking for. I purchased the "Start-Up" plan for $9.99 + taxes and fees (monthly total = $15), which includes one phone number, 500 monthly minutes, three users, and access to the mobile app. After entering my business information, I was able to pick from a 1-800 number or a local number. I chose the 1-800 option because the phone number choices were more memorable (e.g., 1-855-550-9700). Next, I entered my payment information and then opened the dashboard. The one aspect I like most about UniTel is that allows you to set up multiple extensions, so I can route prospective clients, current clients, and all other matters through my phone system. The other aspect I like is that I can upload a unique message for business hour calls and non-business hour calls. I hired a voice-over artist on Fiverr to record the message. I uploaded my voice message and that's it - calls are routed to me and my clients have an easy way to reach out.

**What do you dislike about Unitel Voice?**

I've used UniTel now for six months and so far, no complaints. They offer excellent customer service and video tutorials that explain how to set up your virtual phone system. That said, if you are a larger firm with multiple extensions, you may need to purchase a more robust plan that I have to avoid extra fees from going over your minute limit.

**Recommendations to others considering Unitel Voice:**

If you are a small business looking for a professional virtual phone solution, sign up for the "Start-Up" plan and test out how the features work before signing up for one of the larger plans.

UniTel provided me with a virtual phone system that keeps my personal cell phone number private, yet offers a professional business number to use for my clients.

I could literally be in another country and still take/make calls as if I were in my office. The software was extremely easy to use and allowed me to be accessible to clients without having to give them my cell number.
