**What do you like best about Unify Office by RingCentral?**

I like the way I can now use my headset as telephone client. I like that I can search all my internal contacts by name, rather than by number and once everything is setup.

**What do you dislike about Unify Office by RingCentral?**

It´s not easy to implement and a vareaty of menus and funcitons are hidden and extremly hard to find. 
I had problems to implement call pickups for multiple users and when I found the config menu to do so, it was very hidden. Also the technichians who helped us implement the software often did not know where to find certain config settings.

**What problems is Unify Office by RingCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us money and we get rid of many physical telephones.
