&lt;p&gt;For construction teams, I’d compare cost against active field participation rather than seat price alone. If SiteDocs, Corfix, or SALUS makes it easy enough for crews to complete inspections, report hazards, and access safety information consistently, broader adoption can justify a different pricing equation. I’d be curious which pricing models work best when crew size changes significantly from project to project.&lt;/p&gt;
