While UnicoTaxi has many great features, I think there’s room for improvement in the customer support response time. Occasionally, we’ve had to follow up a couple of times before receiving assistance. Additionally, the customization options are solid, but for larger businesses like ours, more advanced customization would help us further fine-tune the platform to meet our specific needs.
